Q1:What is the aluminium?

A1: Aluminium(Al) is the the third abundantant (after Oxygen and silicone) silvery-white metal with light weight and is the most abundant metallic element of the earth’s crust (8% by mass).

 

Q2: What are the aluminium extrusion profiles?

A2: Aluminium extrusion profiles – or extruded aluminium profiles – are the lengths that are created through the extrusion process. So the unworked length of aluminium that flows through the extrusion die is called a billet, and the formed lengths that emerge are profiles. Aluminium extrusion profiles come in an infinite range of solid and hollow shapes, such as L-shaped channels, square tubes and t-slot lengths etc.

 

Q3: Is the aluminium extrusion recyclable?

A3:Yes, it is definitely recyclable and has a good value of scrap.

 

Q4: How long time do we usually get the quotation after we send you the RFQ?

A4: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent, please call us by phone or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry as priority.

 

Q5: Can you supply us with samples before mass production?

A5: Yes, if they are required and needed. We usually offer required samples for confirmation before we carry out the bulk extrusion run-it is generally used for the new die cutting.

 

Q6: The bulk extrusion run will be delayed if we ask for a sample?

A6: If you request for a sample, we will hold off the process of mass production until the sample is created and signed-off by you. The delivery time will be pushed back around 1-2 weeks, depending on how quickly the sample arrives at your side, approve the sample and give us the go-ahead.

 

Q7: How much does the sample cost?

A7: Normally the sample is not free of charge, but it depends on the weight and complexity of extrusion section. If sample is charged, the cost will be refundable after the ordered quantity reaches the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

 

Q8: How long shall we get the sample for signing-off?

A8: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed technical drawings, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days, samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.

 

Q9: What is the lead time in your factory?

A9: Honestly, it depends on the ordered quantity and the season/timing you place the order. Lead time of minimum order quantity is about 15-25 days after we have got your payment and technical requirement in details.

Generally speaking, we suggest that you start to request for inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your destination.

 

Q10: What is the main terms of payment in our factory?

A10: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF by T/T or L/C etc. as long as it is the most  convenient or cost effective for you
